Bulldogs celebrate their win over Cedartown in the 1945 State Finals.
The man in the car was Thomasville's head coach, E.O. Garner and the man handing him the trophy was Cairo's head coach, A.L. Williams. Coach Garner was very ill and the doctor ordered him not to coach that game, so A.L. Williams coached the team to victory. Thomasville's winning QB, Buddy DeFreitas (#24) can be seen to the left of Coach Williams.
